Been a while since I've done one of these. I've been having fun smudging pencil and using white gel pens! Doesn't scan too well though, sadly. What a shit.
And these are some T-shirt designs I forgot to post here (sorry about that).
They should be getting amde up soon! I'll let you know more as I know more.

The drawing binge rolls on! feels fucking great to be productive again. Nearly got another sketch compilation ready for you all too.
At this rate, it wont take too long at all.

Anyways, here's a girl with an eye-patch and a guitar. This girl/ guitar thing is kinda becoming a series of sorts. I'll probably run with it! i do like that combo.
Sea Devil is something I read off of an old comic cover, I liked the sound of it. Deep sea beasts hold a special place in my heart.

And here's a drawing of Steve Albini that I did for someone's birthday present. Lyrics from a Shellac song.

Hey Friends, it's been too long.
Been working on some things which I can't show yet. Sorry to tease.
Also, not drawing enough. Anyway, I digress...

This is a part of a larger piece that Karl and I will be painting on a wall in a some bar next week. Should be fun! I'll be sure to take photos for you, internet.

Also, I was digging around in my "work" folder and fond this unfinished pic. A few months back I was trying to do up a few illustrations of current bands in hopes of maybe getting some magazine work or something. I sorta lost focus on the whole thing, but I still quite like this piece.
It's supposed to be of the YeahYeahYeahs. I originally drew the drummer dude in the background there, but he may have been the worst drawing I've ever done! Sorry drum-guy.

Speaking of Music, if you have a lastfm please do feel free to add me as a "friend".

How is everybody?

I did some thing for http://harveyjames.livejournal.com/ Cat-hat-girl thing, it was fuunnnnnnn.

And the original which I based her off...

And here's a Skateboard I did for an exhibition here in Brisbane. This is what I think of when I think of skateboarding, really. 80's Thrash-punk dudes, skeletons, "rad shit" and Hi-tops. That is what would be under "Skateboarding" in my dictionary.

Been way busy lately.
Need more drawing time! Then I can share the fruits of my loins with you all.
The Semi-Permanent art-show was a fun event. Lots of people and lots of free whiskey laced ginger beer. Excellent company too!
Anyways, I have some art to show.

This is a Pinup for Barnaby Ward's Sixteen miles to Merrick's.
He's posting it online in chapters. I highly recommend reading it, and buying a copy too.
I have a copy and I love it, it's some amazing comics for sure.

And a picture of my Lady-Friend riding a Pugshark.
Man, pugs are weird to draw. Fun though. But yeah, placing pug heads on other creatures is kinda harrowing.

Until next time, Ladies and Gentlemen.

Here's something I drew for the Semi-Permanent exhibition.
Man, it's been awhile since I've fully coloured something, feels goood.
Shocking subject matter coming from me, I know.

Got a few projects on my plate at the moment, exciting times lay ahead.

Philip, one of my partners in crime has done gone got himself a website now.
Go check it out and email him lewd comments/ solicitations/ praise.

Ok, so, I have a short comic in the next Volume of Popgun.
I really do want to do Comics, But have been terribly slack. Just have to get into gear and actually do them.
No use in complaining about finding the time to do them or anything like that (even though I do this far too much)
So, expect more comics from me in the near future. I have some ideas kicking around that will hopefully be pretty cool.

Back to Popgun 3. I'm very excited to be a part of this! I drew an eight page post-apocalyptic story about two fuckers who drive around the wasteland getting into trouble/ adventures. I want to do more with these characters and setting, my love-letter to the post-apocalyptic.
My good friend Dave coloured the pages up.  davecollinson.com
I hear tell that it's due out April 1st. popguncomics.com

Here's a preview...

All blues songs either start with "Woke up this Mornin'" or "Walkin' Down the Street". I shit you not.

And something I did recently for the Brisbane City Rollers. Local roller Derby league. Not too keen on the text/font, but it's what they wanted.
I much prefer doing hand-drawn type. Oh well. I like the drawing at least.
